Addison's Song

Addison's Song was established by Kevin and Stefanie Wozniak as a way to honor our daughter Addison who had passed away on January 2, 2014 - and as a way to show our appreciation for all of the compassion and care provided to her twin sister Audrey during her 137 day NICU stay after being born at 24 weeks weighing 1 pound 7 ounces.
 
Donations to Addison's Song will be used to purchase new children's books to distribute to parents throughout the NICU to provide them with ways to bond with their new, fragile child.  Our daughters  Addison's and Audrey's story will be included at the end of each book.  New books can also be sent to the address provided below should you chose to purchase the book on your own.

To date, we have donated over 5,000 books to Pittsburgh area NICU families!
 
We have determined that the best way to raise awareness and funds is in the company of those we love and enjoy most.  Various events are planned throughout the year which uniquely pair philanthropy with celebration.  Our family members sing Addison's Song annually by participating in the FedEx Pittsburgh Marathon Relay - carrying a pink balloon with them while they run to carry Addison with them.
